I got my hair done by Nikki Smith, I went in to get a money piece and by the end of it my hair was not only GREEN my hair was falling out and breaking as well as I had severe chemical burn to the point I had scabs, I had to go get my hair redone to a completely different color to even fix the mess she made, and on top of that the owner was drinking to the point she was drunk and hammering stuff in the wall while a client was still in there, very unprofessional and to add the cherry on top the “stylist” wanted to threaten me ... read more

I made an appointment with Tiffany February 25th for March 23rd at 9am and she did not show up. A lady from the salon called her and she said she had me down for another day, but the Booksy confirmation and our text thread had me down for the day I showed up. Only after the lady from the salon saw the confirmation and told her that she was in the wrong did she say she could be there in 30 minutes because she had her kids with her, which would’ve been 45 minutes after my original appointment. I saw Tiffany for the first time and although I wasn’t positive what I wanted I knew I wanted something new. She listened and made suggestions and I couldn’t be happier! She’s an absolute gem and I look forward to my next time! Thank you wholeheartedly for doing what you do.
