Contacted them about a furnace that quit working on a 3 week old home. The temperature is 28 degrees and they would not return my call even though the advertise 24/7 service.
I rent my house through Ball Homes. I'm assuming that they have some type of contract or arrangement with your company. On Friday, November 20, I arrived home at 11 pm to find that my heat was not working. Ball Homes Maintenance had been at my house earlier in the day to repair a water leak. I went to the thermostat and found that the batteries had been removed so I replaced them but the heat still did not kick on. I then checked the breaker box and everything was on. Ricky Stivers came out, took a look at my project to buy a new unit and relocate to another location in my home. He really thought outside the box to make it work, his team was ready to go on short notice. And although the project extended one day past the time frame given I can't complain at all! The employees he sent to my home were professional and cleaned up ad they went. I wish all my home projects they could handle! I would have them back again! And he came in at the low side of his estimate too!
