My AC went out on a holiday weekend (of course). The technician came by and analyzed the problem but explained that he couldn't get the part until after the holiday. He was friendly and knowledgable. Once he got the new motor, he installed it without me having to be there and just had the office send me an invoice. Even better, it was a little cheaper than what was originally quoted. Stivers is a great company to do business with.

I called first thing in the morning hoping to get someone out here before leaving for out of town. Thankfully they put a request in and the tech came out quickly and got it fixed before we had to leave and and it was very reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

They haven’t let us down in years! Our first encounter was this company showing up promptly and replacing a part that two other companies apparently didn’t know existed. Those two companies wanted to completely replace the unit. You know who I’m talking about; you probably already called them in a panic. Don’t listen to those snake oil companies. Just moved back to Louisville and first time to use Stivers. Great technician and got us back up and AC running within the hour. Highly recommend.

Donnie did a great job of troubleshooting an intermittent issue with the blower that kept running after compressor shut down. Will use them for all my service or repair.
