Stivers reliably delivers fantastic customer service. They're honest, family owned, experienced and care very much about their customers. I look forward to their preventative maintenance visits, they take the time to explain everything, to go over in detail all the aspects of any system. We will go to them for any HVAC work/replacement. Update 7.21.25 - HVAC quit during a heat advisory week due to a power outage/surge and issue with our generator. My grandma has used stivers for over 10 years. We always thought they were doing a good job for her, recently my grandma has had AC trouble so we called a small local company to take a look. In the photo you can see they have never “cleaned” her AC unit like they said they have. In some places around the unit it was a half an inch thick. So sad to see how they have treated my elderly grandma through the years. If you are thinking about using Stivers think again.
