The best experience I've had buying a car. Lindsay and Russ reached out right away after finding the car on CarGurus. We negotiated the price of the car via text. once a price was agreed upon, we set up an appointment for a test drive. On arrival to the dealership, we were greeted by Micheal. Stivers Decatur Subaru was very responsive. I am interviewing for a for a job in Wyoming which will definitely require an all-wheel drive vehicle if I get the position. They totally understand and we also discussed a trade-in for my existing Forerunner.
Willing to share their prices fairly promptly via e-mail. Did not seem to believe me, however, when I gave them a lower price that was offered by a different dealership.
I was happy with Brian and the way he handled the sale and pricing.
