I had gone to several different hot tub vendors in town. All of them were good and knowledgeable with good selections of tubs. Without getting too verbose I will list out the reasons I chose Stivers. Down to earth, friendly, patient, capable, great value, and very knowledgeable; these words actually were spoken by some of the competitors; and they couldn’t have been more correct! We bought years ago and Donny is always quick to help with any issues that come up. No reason to go anywhere else, this is the best service in town…maybe anywhere.
A second review, experienced a small issue, called Donny, and within 2 hours the issue is resolved and all is well again. You never get service like this from a big box or chain store. Just plain awesome!
Donny and Melissa are everything you would ever want from a small business...they are thorough, patient, timely, and make you feel like you are their most important customer. Support these guys; they are fantastic and you will not find better customer service!
