I am writing a review of Hometown Trailer Sales & Service in Butler, PA, highlighting the exceptional wheel bearing service and customer support that I experienced recently from Jamie & Bruce with the organization. My wife and I recently traveled for 10 mouths out west and back so I wanted to have the wheel bearings repacked, I had talked with several trailer service companies and mobile RV techs while on our journey and received estimates of $300-400 to service four wheels. Talked to Bruce about what I needed. He didn't know everything off the top of his head and instead offered to call to find out the correct answer. I appreciated that immensely since the weight of my trailer had to be right so I didn't overload my RVs towing capability.
Took a camper in to have a bubble in the roof fixed and it didn’t leak. Got it home and the caulk job was terrible which caused it to now leak and they wouldn’t come fix. Had to get another tube from them and fix it myself. Never going back. Their attitude towards a customer is garbage. No pride in there work!
Got our dump trailer for our roofing company from them the process was quick and easy and they helped me with all of my questions and concerns. Already planning on coming back next year for a enclosed trailer. Thanks Kevin.
