This pharmacy manages to make even the most basic refill feel like a systems failure. Refill requests disappear, the website looks like a neglected school project from 20 years ago, and the whole operation feels disorganized, underpowered, and barely in control of itself. They confirmed a prescription will be ready by a certain time the NEXT day and upon arrival the NEXT day, it is not even started. Not professional.
I am truly inspired by the kindness Cyndi from the Home Department displayed today. After two days of searching for a two-wheel walker for a senior in long-term care who couldn't afford one, Cyndi not only offered her a walker on loan but also went above and beyond by delivering it to her at the long-term care facility in Stittville after work. Thank you, Cyndi; you have lifted a tremendous weight from both our shoulders.
Normally like this place... went in today to buy a saline solution for my girlfriend's surgery and was interrogated by the pharmacist as to why i needed it. Disrespectful behavior in my opinion and made me divulge personal information for a basic product. Very disappointed.
