I have long wanted to talk to a manager about this but decided to write a review with the hopes that management reads this. There is an older woman who works cash named Lorraine (sp?). I have felt very awkward with some interactions I've witnessed. I have bought items there regularly and waited long periods of time while this employee clearly notices me, but proceeds to ignore me at the cash. I was at this pharmacy for a while. They gave me the wrong prescription three times in a row during my first few visits there. The staff (the older woman) has been nothing but rude. They’re always late and never call when it’s ready. I always had to call them to refill the prescription, or they wouldn’t do it. I switched to another pharmacy today and told them I was picking up my last dose from this pharmacy because it was already there. I was currently out of my medication. This pharmacy manages to make even the most basic refill feel like a systems failure. Refill requests disappear, the website looks like a neglected school project from 20 years ago, and the whole operation feels disorganized, underpowered, and barely in control of itself. In this case, there wasn’t even any real pharmacy work involved. It was a simple boxed medication refill. No counting, no prep, no complexity. They still lost the order, and I ran out as a result. They confirmed a prescription will be ready by a certain time the NEXT day and upon arrival the NEXT day, it is not even started. Not professional.
