This summer my old patio screen door fell apart. I took the pieces to Stittsville Glass and Screens in hope that it could be replaced with something that would fit. Luc took the necessary measurements from the old unit and ordered me a new one. After it arrived, Shamess and Nick did the install while explaining to me how to adjust the tension on the wheels, if necessary. It fits perfectly and runs very smoothly. Looks good too. Thanks to all for a job well done.
Service was over the top terrific. The employees that I dealt with were knowledgeable, professional, welcoming and engaging. Excellent people skills. I am not a handy person. They came to my home, removed the frame and broken screen from the front door, returning the next day to install the new one. The service and the end result were beyond fantastic and the project was completed within the short time frame as promised and at a very reasonable price.
