Can never get an appointment or even get through when I call. When I do get through the lady picks up rudely says hold and smashes the phone. Terrible customer service. I called to get a list of my current medications. I was told ‘no can’t do that call your pharmacy’. I responded with ‘so my family doctor who prescribed me the medications cannot provide me a list’. ‘Nope’. The
Impossible to get through to them. I do not have all day to try to call them, yet I need to make an appoiment. So agrivating!!!!!!!
