Doesn't wash lashes beforehand, painfully rips your lashes while applying, you can feel the glue afterwards because she places the lash too far on your real lash, and they fall out after 2 weeks, at which point she'll charge you to remove then charge a full set if you go back. I’ve been getting my lashes done by Vanessa for years and she’s the absolute best! Her place is super calming and she makes sure her clients are comfortable and relaxed. My lashes always look fabulous and they hold up really well! If your looking for a lash tech definitely book with Vanessa <3

Asked for a natural look. She didn't clean or brush my lashes before application. Looked cute, but was clumpy. Often 1 lash glued to 2 of my natural ones. And she didn't glue from the ends of the fake ones. She glued 1-2mm up so they kept poking back at my lids causing irritation. Didn't even last 1 week. Overpriced. Not very pleasant.
