I want to give her a good review because she seems very nice and does great work, even though its incredibly expensive. However it took SIX MONTHS for me to get my puffy jacket back from her. She originally told me it would take 3 weeks because she was so busy. I called 4 times, emailed 5 times and went in person 3 times. Each time she told me it would be done next week, lies. Every time I have something done here, the work excellent. But it’s 5 stars to me for more than that - there’s good conversation whether I am dropping off or picking up, other patrons are a delight to interact with, and somehow I learn a little something every time. On the day of this review, I was picking up a mellie I had asked to be converted from hoodie to jacket with front zipper. The first mod she did for me was a 3 season Walrus tent. At outdoor retailers in Salt Lake, '98, Walrus reps there, the same tent with new fly was 4 season with vestibule. I bought from rep just the fly. Then she sewed velcro loops around tent to accept the 4 season fly. Finally gave that tent to my son who still uses. Then 2019 took my 3 season 2 pole Solestar tunnel tent. I thought with just 1 middle pole it could be 4 season. (Snow load). And lost track of leaving it. Remembered couple months ago.
