Phyliss has been in possession of my tent for over 6 months now. I have repeatedly tried calling and emailing and no one will answer or return my calls or emails. While I don't believe she is stealing the equipment, this is plainly unacceptable. I am considering legal action. DO NOT TAKE YOUR GEAR HERE.
Amazing, friendly, professional repairs for any kind of luggage or camping equipment like tents and sleeping bags. The place seems to be in disarray when you walk in, but every time I've been there I've been impressed with her knowledge of her system. She's very busy so get your stuff in as early as you can. Super great woman who offers fantastic service.
I want to give her a good review because she seems very nice and does great work, even though its incredibly expensive. However it took SIX MONTHS for me to get my puffy jacket back from her. She originally told me it would take 3 weeks because she was so busy. I called 4 times, emailed 5 times and went in person 3 times. Each time she told me it would be done next week, lies.
