Placed order 4/21/21 for 5 items. Called 5/28 for update, told 3 items " on order." 3 more calls made up til 5/21 with no answer. Msg. says call will be returned next business day, but never got a return call. Store is obviously open and you can leave we msg. but call never returned with explanation of why order is now a month old but no explanation of status of ordered items. They deserve a ZERO rating.

Placed an order and after 10 days was informed that due to "personal reasons" my order could not be completed but would ship in about a week. Then another email 2 days later informing me it would take an additionar 7-10 days for the item to be shipped, but only if the item would be in stock. Needless to say, I canceled the order. Will never again purchase anything from this "merchant".

I wish I'd read the many poor reviews online before ordering from this company! Ordered an item with a 2-4 week delivery time. As I'd had no confirmation or update after 3 weeks I checked the wherebouts of the order via email, which was ignored. After no updates or emails after 4 weeks I emailed again to cancel the order, again no reply to my email. After buying the same items from another seller (which were cheaper & took less than a week to arrive!) I ended up receiving my original order. After emailing to request a refund... read more

I have been waiting 5 months for an order for this shop. There are items on the website that they are clearly never going to have. They do not reply to e-mail or return phone calls

Very disappointed in their service! I was hoping for better as they carry a lot of difficult to find items on their website. I haven't received my order which I spent over $50.00 and there has been no response from the company as to whether or not it's been shipped or when I might receive it. Needless to say, I'm a very frustrated customer!

Terrible Customer Service! I placed an order in January, today is February 20 and I have yet to receive my order! I sent an inquiry via email which went unanswered. I have tried calling the shop twice to no avail. They had no problem charging my credit card for the order they have yet to send! I have been in touch with both my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. This was my first and my last order with this shop! From what I am reading here, this is the norm for this shop.
