This company was contracted through another national company & they delivered the MOST PATHETIC arrangement I have EVER seen in 30 years of having sent flowers to people. I paid for a deluxe arrangement & they sent a PATHETIC mostly green arrangement that was smaller because they substituted the vase that was supposed to come with it & it was seriously under even the basic arrangement. Was also to come with balloons & didn't. NEVER use this company! BAD, BAD, BAD! WORSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A FLORIST!
