Karen provides exceptional customer service. She was very helpful in selecting the perfect frame for a family heirloom blue mirror. It's a true gem in the Alpena area and well worth your time to visit and shop.
Love this place! Karen is so knowledgeable, Mike is amazing with frames. Great selection of items, especially new items. We make a day trip of it and always leave with new projects and a smile on our face!
