Changed my review--new phone number on the door of the business. After I called that number, I got a response with 24 hours. Our awnings were taken down and stored within the next two days.
BEWARE!! Terrible experience! Our business gave Stitches Awning Co a 50% deposit and our existing frames for new awnings in February. It is now August, we have called at least a dozen times, been told numerous lies, and have yet to get our awnings, frames, or money back! Absolutely unexceptable! I strongly DO NOT recommend this company!!
