No one has answered the phone in a week. Today it was disconnected.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped an item off to get monogram on a Saturday and the lady told me they would give me a call once my order was ready. The following week up until Wednesday I didn't receive a call. I decided to call them that Thursday to ask if my order was ready, the lady replied " Oh yeah, it's ready".
