June 2025 update replying to the owner reply: I've included our text message exchange below since you don't seem to have the details right. The consultation wasn't delayed if it didn't take place. If I wasn't ghosted and the situation was made right after my follow-ups, I wouldn't have left this review. I have been going to Britt since 2018. She has always been reliable and very professional and the atmosphere is always refreshing. I love the r cleanses of her shop as well never had a style I didn’t LOVE
