First impressions of the employees, they were very cordial and professional. The atmosphere in the shop is very pleasant and maintains that classic look quite well. I went in to have a pair of slacks adjusted from where a previous tailor from another shop had messed up. They fixed them within in a day! Would definitely recommend. Thank you all!

Superb customer service, excellent selection, top-quality craftsmanship. I brought in an off the rack suit I’d purchased at a different store. Corey and Jeff went above and beyond with their levels of service and even fixed a manufacturer’s product default free of charge. Stitch-It is a more expensive service than average, however, the level of service and results justify the premium. Will certainly be back.

Stitch-It Alterations in Green Hills is an absolute gem in the world of tailoring. Jeff is a master of his craft - his incredible skills and attention to detail are unparalleled, ensuring each garment is tailored to perfection. Do not go here if you're not an old rich white person. I was told that the turn around would be one week with an expedition fee over the phone. Drove almost an hour there and was immediately belittle the second I walked in. I counted 3 sighs and eye rolls within the 10 minutes I was there. An hour later I received a call informing me it would now be 4 weeks before I could expect my alterations. Apparently they had to prioritize other clients all of a sudden AFTER I paid in full. I walked in this store for the first time today. I needed to have measurements taken for a suit that I’m having made in Italy . Both of the employees I interacted with were super professional and kind enough to do the measurements for me at no charge. While I have not shopped there before, it looks like they have a beautiful selection of suits ties and belts. I will definitely be looking at this store again in the future!
