DO NOT GO HERE. Not only did they rip my bag, but they were extremely rude and unprofessional about it. I went in to have my dive bag embroidered (which I've been using for years and can't get another one of), and they RIPPED IT. This was already upsetting enough, but ALL they did when I went in to pick it up was hand it to me and say, "It ripped." No apologies or ANYTHING. I have done business with Stitch Factory several times and was nothing but pleased. The other "review" should be taken with a "grain of salt" as the "so called reviewer" was an annoying salesman who was apparently shot down and did this negative review as retaliation. Apparently Dex Media needs to work on their professionalism skills for their employees! I am an ACTUAL CUSTOMER. I came with an item that I already owned and they monogrammed it just as I requested while I waited. You can't ask for more than that!

I try (just a few minute ago) to get information about their services and to buy some of their products when the person on the phone hang-up on me. When I called back the same person let me know that the company was not interested doing business with people like me (as: people who don't speak with an native English accent) before hanging-up on me again. Obviously if you don't speak a perfect English with a Yankee or a southerner accent, those peoples are not interested in your money. To be avoided
