Stirling Lawn demanded a prepaid deposit and then refused to provide the contracted service or return the deposit check. Based on my experience I would NOT: Pay them a deposit before service is started Pay them by credit card or provide credit card info Mail them a check Trust them to honor a contract Thoroughly inspect work done before payment Call them since they were very hostile and insulting to me as a customer
From the initial conversation to the delivery of service, our experience has been very positive and professional. Travis' prompt reply followed by a thorough explanation of the terms of the agreement was appreciated. The subsequent lawn maintenance was completed with precision and attention to detail.
