You literally could not find a more kind, compassionate, capable realtor as Stirling. This is not a 'one and done' real estate agent in that it has been almost 18months since we bought our new head office through him and he is as sterling (pun intended), responsive, friendly and reliable today as he was then.
Exceptional realtor (and human being) who goes the extra mile! A year after we moved into our office (our heritage home!), our realtor, Stirling Karlsen, showed up—completely unprompted—with his wife and their dog, carrying a massive charcuterie board and wine for our team. No agenda. No expectation. Just a genuine gesture to celebrate a milestone with us. WOW!!!!
