Called Stirling when my home owners insurance increased rates. Lisa at Sterling took on my case, worked diligently and fast. She saved me $1,000 on a policy with more coverage and from the same company!!!! A win, win company.
Our company has commercial Insurance with Stirling for a long time now , and they give us outstanding service. Also a couple of our employees have Life insurance policy's with them . You will love doing business with them.
They have the best customer service second to none, the agents are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile.
This not a hate review. I had them for over 3 yrs and they were good. However, now there is different agent there named Demar who i dealt with. I asked for multiple quotes because I considered switching my insurer.... it took him almost a wk to send me ONLY 1 quote. It took several days of me calling before I even got it as well. I dont know what has changed at Stirling but yeah, I switched and couldnt be happier.
My agent, Jeremy, is thorough, clear, and very knowledgeable. He helped me secure coverage for everything I have, including my car, home, jewelry, and business. He really knows how to explain complicated coverages to layperson. He saved me a ton of money, and I would recommned him to all of my firends and family.
Excellent customer service.....they really listen and take time to service the client.. Also offer a variety of competitive products and deal with large reputable companies.
I have had a great experience working with the staff at Stirling Insurance. They have been able to provide multiple options for all my families insurance needs. Everytime I visited their office they have welcome me with a smiling face and a warm welcome!
