After the old property manager was moved this apartment complex has gone downhill. My husband and I have lived here for almost 6 years. Rent has increased by $300-$400, no changes in amenities, and maintenance is spread thin and told to do the repairs as cheap as possible. Water damage just painted over, appliances breaking constantly, and plumbing consistently backing up. If I knew a week ago what I know now, we would have never signed that lease and ran the other direction. The apartment is disgusting. Every intake vent looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years which of course you can see black dust/dirt/mold - especially in the hallway. Vents are pushing out warm air no matter how low you put the thermostat. Worst place I have ever lived. Old and disgusting. Renovations are like putting lipstick on a pig. If I would have seen it in person before signing the lease then I never would have moved in. Most expensive mistake I've ever made. Mickie is the nastiest person you'll ever meet. This place deserves negative stars.
Very nice and quiet apartment complex. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Rent is fairly priced and there's no dumb hidden/added fees for things that you don't need.
Very nice one bedroom apartments. Good parking. Nice area as well.
