A terrible experience. We wanted a pendent done in white gold and completed in two weeks, they said no problem. We called them three weeks later, no word from them, they said it was done and come down and pick it up. Unforunetly it was in yellow gold. They said they would fix it. Another three weeks and we called them to find out it was finally finished. Also they didnt even do the work they farmed it out.
