Had the privilege of having Stinson Air and Solar come out and replace our old ducted system. The installers and electricians on site were phenomenal and truly professional. Upon completion of the job we would not have known they had been in the house as the house was left in an impeccable condition. Our air con has been on for 11 hours (very hot day) and I'm sitting upstairs in a 30 deg room which prompted me to search Stinson reviews which was interesting. Firstly, I also approached Stinson post warranty period to service our air con and they said they didn't do services out of warranty. There was no mention of it being due to their workload. They just don't do it. I expressed my disappointment at the time. Secondly, why don't Stinson know how to design an air con system for a 2 storey home? Ours has never ever worked ... read more
