Stinson came out to service my reverse cycle aircon and check why the air was not blowing cold. I was very happy with the level of service from the service person Max, he was lovely to deal with and fixed everything within the service fee price. Also dealing with the accounts / admin ladies is also a breeze. Highly recommend this company for your aircon and solar panel requirements! Thank you so much :) x
Got a quote from Stinson Solar, and it was over $2,000 more than three other companies offering the exact same setup with the same inverter and panels. When I asked why, their only explanation was that they “provide the best service,” and that others don’t — which honestly sounds like the only excuse they had. After checking online, I noticed their ratings are lower than those cheaper competitors. That says a lot — others are not only more affordable but apparently provide better service too. I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the Stinson Air team during the installation of my air conditioning unit. Both Mark and Delroy were outstanding polite, genuine, and highly professional throughout the process. Zain Amjad helped us with the configuration of our Solar system and was very helpful in explaining the process to someone who was doing it for the first time. We are based in Mandogalup and I wanted to Thank him for his patience and guidelines over the phone. I called him like 10 times. So yeah, Stinson Solar did a great job.
