Stinnet Heating & Cooling Co. is a professional HVAC company you can trust. Each time, I've called someone out here, their diagnosis was correct & fixed the problem. They don't overcharge & are trustworthy. That's says a lot coming from me because I am always hoping repair guys know what they are doing, LOL! Called Stinnett at 7:00am they had someone at my house by 7:45am. Had my ac unit up and running pretty quick. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn’t need. The things that needed repair was shown to me. The tech was Garrett, very polite and respectful young man.
I contacted Stinett Heating & Cooling yesterday about my a/c unit and they were at my residence within a couple of hours to resolve the issue. Garrett, was knowledgeable and did a great job getting my a/c back up and running in no time!
When our old unit gave out, I called Stinnett late in the afternoon. They sent a technician same day who promptly diagnosed a burned out compressor. The technician explained the installation process of a new unit and I was contacted by their friendly office staff to quickly set up an appointment. The installers knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I have used this company in the past with success and was not disappointed this time. Overall a good experience and would recommend them.
