I own 4 different machines and they don’t disappoint in quality and performance. They are very supportive and take the time to answer questions. Looking forward to seeing what they will think of next.
The amount that you all charge for basic parts is wild. $82 dollars plus shipping for a plastic wand. Wild. Sad to see this company go downhill so quickly.
Our company purchased 6 stinger gateways at the beginning of the year. We have yet to operate with that entire fleet this year due to break downs beyond our knowledge. After meeting with Brian at the equip expo in Louisville he decided to make an Eight hour round-trip to come check out our fleet. He provided excellent customer service and excellent input on Some Extra maintenance that should be done plus he did some repairs for us. Very thankful for Brian and his time as he came out to help us. Completely saved a customer

I bought a new stand on aerator. Blew a hydro at 7 hours, they chose to repair instead of replace. Next season hydro system was spewing fluid, following season it worked. This season the same hydro system that had a problem at 7 hours blew at 70 hours, as well as the wheel motor. Stingers response was basically not our problem, it’s out of warranty, even though it was the exact same hydro that they wouldn’t replace originally that had multiple problems.
