We have purchased 3 Quad Aer 3000 machines over the last 3 years as our company has grown. First machine had a wheel drive motor fail at less than 300 hours. Second machine had an actuator for the seed box fail before the end of the first season of use. Both of those machines had seed box controllers fail this year. Parts are often on back order, communication with the company is horrible, and when you order parts, they short the order with no communication as to why. We purchased a Quad-Aer 3000 ,and tine motor failed. The machine only had 7 hours at the time of failure. The team at Stinger didn't exhibit any sense of urgency or concern in rectifying the problem. The customer support is terrible. Try speaking with someone at Stinger before purchasing ( Next to impossible).

Have been trying to reach them on the phone all morning. All extensions go straight to voicemail. Wish the customer service was better.

They don't stand behind their equipment. Have 96 hrs on a quad air, blew hydro pump and motor even before the first fluid change. Got nowhere with warranty. Great machine, terrible equipment support. Don't buy.
