A staple every time we we come down to the Bolivar.
We got there and was seated and served our ice teas and gave our orders waited for over 45 minutes no waitress no food! We decided it was long enough to wait so we got up and left... So no plans on going back anytime soon! Horrible service!!!
Hopefully you’ll get the fish you bring... when Brad is here it’s always great but unfortunately he’s not here today and instead of my trout I got awful fish. I hope the cook enjoyed my trout! It’s not the first time this has happen either. Our waiter Cody however rocked! He is amazing and always treats right! Thanks Cody you are the ONLY reason we came back.
We were quoted an hour wait and after that hour we asked about our party’s status, and were told it would be a longer wait because there were 4 parties still ahead of us. After waiting 2 hours we asked again and was told our party was already sat! After talking to a manager we were immediately sat,half of our parties food came out 10 min before the second half. It was a horrible experience.
First of all... THANK YOU!!! For thinking of our servicemen and women and offering Veteran Parking � My husband (US Navy Active Duty) thought it was very thoughtful. The food and the service was wonderful! Our table was a little lopsided (table number 9) right by the front door & bar. Aside from that, I’m really glad that we took the time to come check y’all out before heading back to Virginia. I recommend the shrimp and catfish! �� sooo good!
We came by boat from Clear Lake and had an excellent meal. We arrived Wednesday for lunch at 11:45 am and was seated immediately. Fun place to go to!
