Very disappointed with my experience. 1) I received a gift card for Christmas and didn’t get a chance to use it before covid hit. I got a massage yesterday and when I paid the new owner informed me they no longer accept gift cards. I guess because he wasn’t the one to make money off the sale he won’t honor any previously purchased gift cards. 2) they charge a $5 fee on top of any service for a “cleaning fee during the covid period” and I had agreed to it thinking I was paying with a gift card. RecommendedJunior and the rest of the great crew at 321 Lawn Mower are the complete package - amazing selection of high quality equipment, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, extensive supply of parts and accessories, and a service department that is second to none. When your business is located in the small town of Maiden, NC, but you sell and service several hundred mowers every year, that speaks for itself. People drive out of their way to do business with this dealer and for good reason. Highly recommend!
