I have found Ray to be a person who does not follow up on his promises. Paid for a year in advance for pool cleaning service and he has not cleaned my pool in almost 2 weeks. Have sent him 2 separate texts and followed up with phone calls and still no response. I would recommend being very cautious about using this company as the integrity and honesty has come into question.
My husband being military had gotten orders to move to a new post. I hired Sting-ray pools to remodel my pool so we could get our house on the market. After paying 6625.80 deposit was told he could get started on June 25th. We paid him June 6th. June 23rd I texted him to see what time he was going to be there that following Monday and got told not gonna happen. On the 25th I asked when will he start and was told Friday. Stingray has been the most reliable pool service company I have ever had in all the years of being a pool owner. Goes out of his way to ensure his customers are satisfied and has never let us down. Rain or shine sleet or snow, god bless Stingray.
fabulous! I have been so pleased with Ray's work that it is a no brainier to leave this review. Never have I been so satisfied with somebody's work and devotion to their job. Ray has sped me through the learning curve of owning a new pool and has been devoted to keeping my pool in pristine condition. Very satisfied! Ray did a great job cleaning my pool. He takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors and they were very satisfied as well. If you’re in the central Texas area I highly recommend!
