Service isn't bad. But they will not negotiate letting you out of your contract without paying the full amount due. Telephone companies, cell phone carriers and cable operators all negotiate early termination fees. But Sting will hold you to the whole term with no options. If you do use them, do not sign anything long term or you're stuck.
Sting did a great job.First off the Salesman was very knowledgable and friendly and very proffesional..Pricing was fantastic as I had recieved 3 other quotes..I'm very happy with the service and everything involved.I reffered Sting to 2 other clients and they both r very happy
I just had an alarm sysyem installed in my home and I couldn't be happier! The installer was very courteous and professional and made sure I was comfortable using the key pad and answered all my questions before he left. I kept putting off getting an alarm because I thought it would be a hassle but it was so easy! Now I feel safe and secure whether I am home or not. Having that peace of mind is priceless. I would definitley reccommend Sting Alarm to anyone!

In August of 2010, I called no fewer than 10 alarm companies in Las Vegas. AVS was neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but gave me more options than any of the other companies. They installed in a week, a whole CCTV system. I locked myself out of the DVR a couple months later, and the office gal walked me through opening it up over the phone, no charge. Highly recommended!
