Didn't have a good experience and let them know about it. Once they were made aware of the situation, they immediately corrected it and apologized. Very pleasant experience when I went back. Would definitely recommend coming here. I will absolutely be a returning customer

I purchase the chainsaw on Saturday. The the next day I tried to use it. The starter cord pulled out. Brought it back to the store and was told that the cord on onwasn't under warranty. They refused to replace or let me return it but they were willing to charge me $5 to put a new cord on it. Then I was told it would be 2 weeks before It would be ready to pick up. Never buying anything there again.

Rented a snake from Stine Lumber in DeRidder to snake a vent pipe in my roof. Well, the cutter tip came off in my pipe! I carried it back and spoke to a Manager who refunded my money and gave me a list of Plummers. Called one that said he maybe able to push it through to the main line. Called Stine Lumber back with the cost to get THEIR piece out of MY pipe. They refused stating I should have read the rental agreement because where I signed I agreed it was in operational condition!
