Rating solely on the interaction with the clerk this morning. I’m confused about the scheduling process for new patients. The website lets you book any available doctor, time slot or insurance, so I scheduled the latest appointment available for today. I then received a call from the clerk stating she does not book new patients at later times (I scheduled for 5:10).
