Fred has been a fantastic inspector. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional with multiple certifications. He has the tools and knowhow to uncover issues that we didn't know existed. He's completely independent, fair, and honest. He has YOUR interests at heart. He certainly saved us from buying a lemon, and we'll be working with him until we find a good home. I couldn't recommend Stinard enough.

I had an amazing experience with Fred, he was funny, friendly, and informative and walk us through every single inspection he was doing on the home. Fred also gave us feedback on the home which made me feel like I was in good hands. I received the report the next day, it was detailed and not difficult to understand as first-time home buyers.
