Wendy was able to fix my hip and knee issue that I had been lugging around for over a decade! I had seen knee specialists, multiple PTs, and everyone gave me basics exercises that did little to nothing. Wendy got to the root of the issue! She diagnosed the root cause of my pain and gave me the correct exercises to fix it. In two weeks I felt better than I had in a long time and could get back to playing my favorite sports. I saw another physical therapist twice a week for 11 months with no improvement. Within 10 minutes of my first visit Wendy was able to diagnose what she suspected to be the problem. She then did her testing and analysis and found the actual cause of the inability of me to bring my left arm up and overhead. Within 6 sessions I was able to get my arm overhead! I went to Wendy years ago after a car accident, and she helped me isolate deficiencies in my movement and taught me simple ways to overcome my injuries and chronic issues. When I moved back to the area recently after two knee replacements due to rheumatoid and osteo arthritis, I knew exactly whom to see for degenerating joints and bad habits and once again she has provided valuable insights and important exercises for rehabbing and becoming more functional.
