Dan Stimpert was incompetent. After his initial work I switched to a different attorney and the attorneys I interviewed afterward said we would have automatically lost at trial with his documents. Having gone through the eviction process with a real attorney I look back and think he was just trying to take the case to trial so he could bill more.
