Bought a Ford 5.0 Coyote engine cover at Frog Follies this past August. Called when I returned to Louisville and discovered part was damaged. Was told he would be in Louisville in October and could get another one to me or I could drive back to Evansville that weekend. Called him yesterday to set up an exchange in Louisville this weekend and was told I have to pay parking and admission to find him for exchange. I don’t think so. Terrible business model.
