I've been living at Stillwood Farms since October 2025. I moved from out of state and the process to get approved for the apartment, sign the lease, etc. was very easy. The staff also worked with me and allowed my local friend to pick up my keys for me so she could let me movers in (who were getting there a day ahead of me). The staff is really responsive, kind, and work hard to get anything you need sorted. Matthew especially has been very helpful. The complex is clean, quiet, and beautiful. I’ve lived in this complex for close to 3 years. Luxury? No. However, I think that term is thrown around too loosely when it comes to apartments. I have yet to see a “Luxury” apartment in this town. Is it a great place to live?… Absolutely! The maintenance staff is second to none. Very kind and quick to get any issues resolved. Crystal in the front office is terrific as well. My husband and I lived here for a year, and we had a truly wonderful experience the entire time. The neighbors around us were all friendly, which made the community feel even more welcoming. The grounds were always well-maintained and looked great. The maintenance team was quick to respond whenever we needed something and was always friendly and professional.
