I am very happy with the management team. Matthew was especially helpful by sending us a video of the apartment, which made the decision-making process much easier. The maintenance team has always been very prompt and responsive whenever we have needed assistance. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly and welcoming, and we always enjoy stopping by for a coffee. We have been living here for six months now, and overall, we are very happy with our experience.
Ive been here over a year now and Im happy here. It's really quiet and safe. The bad reviews seem to be older before I came here. They are dilligent about towing non moving cars and keeping the trash compactor free of excess garbage and debris. I have corresponded mainly with Matthew in the office and he is very kind and has accomodated every one of my requests. The staff here take pride in maintaining this complex and keeping the tennants happy and it really shows. I still have no complaints.
My service request was answered promptly with very efficient repair/replacement of my kitchen faucet.
