Don't move here. Manger never answers the phone or is in office. Takes forever to get emails returned. They don't bill you directly for electric so you go on a wild goose chase every to get your rent total. Maintenance can only work on your orders two days a week. Half of the neighbors have been in jail or are on their way their shortly. Police visits all the time, shots fired on main road in front of the building 3 times since I've been here. We will have no vacancies until mid October!
Stillwood is in the process of switching out the current onsite manager with a new one. On top of this Stillwood's maintenance technician is going on vacation and will be gone till the end of the month. Please be patient for the rest of the month of August, as there will be quite a bit of change. If you are a current resident and have a maintenance emergency please call 253-475-2405.
