I called to make an appointment and was put on a wait list. So I was surprised to hear back quickly and got an appointment set up. Then after the weekend I received another call that they would not take my insureance. I called my insurance company and it showed that they should take my insurance. I called Still Waters back and they still said no and refused to call my insurance company! Refused. It seems like they have some good counselors from the website but I guess they don't care about trying to get new patients.

Billing department has no idea what there doing. First they trying to say we owed for January of 2017 even though Feb through April was paid. So we quit going, now they call threating to send April's bill ( which at the time showed paid ) to collections with out ever sending me a bill .

Billing department is a joke!! If you receive a Bill from them PLEASE double check with your insurance company! Still water's called saying our insurance is denying a claim, the ditz on the other end said if we didn't pay we would be sent to collections, called insurance company and come to find out they billed the last Bill under the wrong doctor, hahahahaha! Still water's was quick to blame us and the counsler, in the end it was still water's billing!! Our services ended by our doing because of the billing department!
