Layout offers a good amount of privacy, but the overall experience has been disappointing. The amenities are poorly maintained. We also experienced ongoing issues with the heat and hot water, which significantly affected our comfort. Unfortunately, communication and responsiveness from the administrator, Alicia Moir, was dismissive and unprofessional.
Facility is beautiful but as a senior living place, its administrator Alicia Moir made this all ugly. Rude, condescending and unprofessional - would not recommend staying here with her in charge.
Absolutely beautiful the surrounding area and the building itself. Clean and I was shocked on how reasonable the prices are. They have a good team the lady’s at the front such sweetheart. Doing something right here.
Large one-bedroom apartments and a very clean environment! The staff was incredible during our tour and were more than willing to answer every question my husband had, Alicia was very sweet. The only suggestion we would make is adding a dishwasher in the units. Overall, a great experience!
