This is probably a good place for college students, but either the walls are paper thin, or my neighbors are very loud. I can hear their daily conversations/arguments. It's not a good place to work from home. Aside from that, the apartment is in pretty good shape, considering the price.
I live in Orono me at one of their apartment complex’s and I half to say the apartments are nice looking but the management and how they run the place is not professional. I have had my truck towed and I didn’t even know until I came out and found it towed. They claimed they knock on my door and I didn’t hear them because I was upstairs napping because I work overnights and I ask if they could work with me and they said no and so I had to pay a hefty fine to get my truck out before Christmas.if you don’t move your truck the ... read more
Hi! I have lived here for about, hmm, 5ish years altogether. I lived with a roommate back in 2019-2021 and then again since July of 2024 with two roommates. Same apartment. The management has changed drastically since before. It used to be difficult to work with management, but the new folks in charge have been absolutely AMAZING. Hi! Ignore these negative reviews— they were before Liza and her team showed up. I’ve lived here for five years and it HAS changed! The current staff are passionate and TRULY caring. I even got a Christmas card from the Staff last year. I’ve never been happier to live here. HUGE thanks to staff for the care and compassion around my spouse passing away! I have NO plans to move anytime soon. Thank you Stillwater Apartments for being the place I call “home”.
I have lived at Ledgewood for close to 10 years. It is a quiet, nice place. I love my apartment and neighbors. This year the snow removal has been awesome. They are friendly and show up in a timely manner and do a great job. The management change recently has been a positive thing for sure!
