My partner and I just moved in. The management were so patient and have been kinder than any apartment my family has stayed at. Liza and even Nicole were so lovely. Liza really helped us so much and continues to do so whenever we make a simple call. Maintenance team as well came and did their work very quickly. I’m honestly so happy with the place. It’s also such a beautiful and well taken care of building as well! 🥹🤍 Even the neighbors are very peaceful and quiet. They’ve been very patient with the moving noises.
Nightmare property management. SAVE YOURSELF THE HORROR AND RENT ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
I don’t recommend. Management is horrible, there is no neutral person to talk to because the managers daughter is the secretary, husband is in charge of maintenance. Liza doesn’t even go check out complaints on her own, she sends maintenance after you bug her enough, Even they are annoyed at how little she actually does, more then one of them have said so many more things could get done is she stepped up and done her job instead of having them start something then have to stop and run around for her. This is probably a good place for college students, but either the walls are paper thin, or my neighbors are very loud. I can hear their daily conversations/arguments. It's not a good place to work from home. Aside from that, the apartment is in pretty good shape, considering the price.
I live in Orono me at one of their apartment complex’s and I half to say the apartments are nice looking but the management and how they run the place is not professional. I have had my truck towed and I didn’t even know until I came out and found it towed. They claimed they knock on my door and I didn’t hear them because I was upstairs napping because I work overnights and I ask if they could work with me and they said no and so I had to pay a hefty fine to get my truck out before Christmas.if you don’t move your truck the ... read more
