All the bad reviews on here are legit, the good ones are very likely paid for. I would know, they gave me a discount to give them a good review. You won't get your deposit back, even if you bust your tail cleaning the place. I followed every guideline on their moveout checklist, and despite that, they used exactly $500 from my $500 deposit to continue "cleaning" the place. got stood up on my appointment by clayton lol. I think he's the manager so that says quite a bit about management ? :/ there are so many good reviews though so maybe he just had a bad day or the reviews are rigged

Is there a way to give them zero stars?? So according to your contract your friends cannot park the car even for a second at your place. So if you accidentally need to go to the bathroom at your friends place, be ready to see a tire boot on your car and pay huge fine. Avoid this compony, they are the most selfish and horrible people that you can find.
