Great experience purchasing a used truck here. From start to finish, I only have positive things to say. Marcus Haus in sales assisted me and was just awesome. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. My visit to this dealership was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor — I was given one price over the phone, only to arrive and be told something completely different. The staff seemed more interested in rushing me into a deal than actually listening to what I wanted. Beware of this place. They tried to sell my senior parents a $900 headlight housing when they only needed a simple headlight bulb replacement that cost $24. It's truly heartbreaking to see a business so willing to exploit the vulnerable, especially those like my parents who are living on a limited fixed income. They clearly prioritize profit over ethical and compassionate care for their customers. This isn't Stillwater Motors, it's Cornerstone.
