Talk about disappointing. It seems my 2024 2500 HD Silverado can’t handle the cold weather as well as my 15-year-old Honda pilot with 250,000 miles Had much to do today, but unfortunately I will have to wait until my wimpy truck is more comfortable and can start. I will definitely be trading it in soon for a Ford.
Extremely bad customer service. No one willing to help me while all employees just stood around and talked to each other. Employees saw me but just ignored me. This is not the first time I’ve been there and they treated me like that. I went this time only because it was the closest location to where I live. Never, ever will I take my service there again! I rather drive a bit further to get good and respected customer service elsewhere!
