Best urgent care I have been to. Kind and helpful staff all the way around. The only downside is that if you have to talk the billing people they can be rude & things are never done right on that part.
First time to visit here. I usually go to Utica Park Urgent Care but they were close. So decided to come here, I was in line to checkin close to 1pm, waited for my turn, took my vitals at 3:04, got seen by PA at 3:48 and nurse gave me shots and got done by 4:00pm. I’ve never waited this long at an access clinic. Not sure if there’s just not many PA/doctors here. Definitely not ‘fast’ like the reviews say. The receptionist lady, nurse and PA were helpful & nice.
The young lady at the front desk, Desiree, and Hope was amazing. Great care from start to finish. I love how they care that you are a person and not a number. The only place to go be seen!
The PA I saw was very helpful, understanding, and kind.
