I had a great experience at hearing life. Mike was great very patient and kind. Listened to all my concerns. He set me up with some great hearing aids at a better price than i could get elsewhere.
They NEVER pick up the phone, no matter what day and time; I always have to drive there to ask my questions in person. The other inconvenience is the audiologist does not work in office (she's from another city) so I have to schedule an appointment in advance to have service done to my hearing aids.
Mike and the crew are outstanding in their customer service. Prompt and supportive in answering questions.
