I have been seeing Dr Dennis for a couple months since a bad car accident. Fortunately, the pain is decreasing and mobility it improving. While I'm not back to where I was, I'm pleased with my progress. I also work with Dr. Dennis a few years ago on a strength training program. I learned a lot and certainly believe it worked.
