Update, the manager called me and apologized and offered to remedy the situation. Just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! As someone that has actually managed several large customer service teams for some of the largest companies in the world, this experience would most likely have led to some disciplinary action against the employees for the way they handled the interaction. I went in to pay my annual HOA dues with my credit card. The clerk told me an amount due and walked away to run the card.... read more

great place all in all...one gripe is the number of trash boats without current stickers...get them out of there so real boats can hook up there...
