Great subdivision
Customer service and professionalism that I received from the sales office manager (BERNADETTE MONACO) is top of the line. I definitely recommend this builder.
So disappointed with this builder. We rent an Aria apartment for a few years and loved the layout so we decided to build with them. We were hoping that the material quality be better than the rental properties. That was not the case. Moved in June and a month later noticed flooring is chipping, carpet is garbage… lifting in multiple places, can fill some screws from subfloor under the carpet.
