Absolutely awful. Scott is not helpful at all and very condescending in his responses. He has a horrible reputation within my community and thankfully was just fired as our property manager. We are ecstatic to work with a property management company that actually cares about our community!
Wish we’d done more research, this company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Impossible to get in touch with then act clueless when they finally answer. “Ohhh yeah we’ve been meaning to email you.” All the sudden after us constantly emailing and calling, they finally replied. Lived in this townhome for 4 years and had problems 80% of the time with lack of service and response. Like the others said, run away!

SCM was our HOA Manager for 12 months at a townhome community in Denver. They were unresponsive to any of the resident’s concerns and allowed our townhome community to fall into disrepair (broken gates that took months to get fixed, landscaping issues, and much more). I would highly advise against using SCM management for your property management needs. There are other groups out there with much better track records and reputation in the community.
